QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

At Technokom, the ISO 9001 quality management system has been strictly implemented and continuously improved since the company’s establishment. As of September 2020, Technokom successfully applied for and received the IATF 16949:2016 certification – this serves as a commitment and affirmation from us to our customers in creating quality products.

4 STEPS IN THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROCESS

1. Quality Planning

2. Quality Assurance

3. Quality Control

4. Quality Improvement

Technokom always identifies: "Quality is the lifeblood of the business, Therefore, in addition to the necessary measuring equipment such as gauges, micrometers, height gauges, and calipers, our company is also equipped with 3D measuring machines imported from the USA and Singapore to ensure the best quality control of products before they are delivered to customers."

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM (KAIZEN)

Improving from the smallest steps to make today better than yesterday. This simple principle embodies the spirit of Kaizen and serves as the driving force for development, enhancing Technokom’s competitiveness.

Technokom always aims to embody the image of a "learning company" – a place where the workplace is not just a job, but also where every employee is given the opportunity to continuously learn and develop themselves. With a strong focus on training and developing human resources, Technokom maximizes the effectiveness of comprehensive training methods, such as on-the-job training, training through company-organized programs, and promoting self-learning and self-development within each individual.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

The production process is a critically important activity at Technokom. This process directly determines the ability to create quality products and ensures the productivity of the entire system. Therefore, understanding the production process helps optimize operational efficiency, enhance product quality, and reduce costs.

This process includes six important steps. It is a process that combines input stages or production factors (human resources, costs, raw materials, machinery and equipment, etc.) into an output result (product).
