STAMPING EQUIPMENT

PUNCHING - CUTTING - FORMING

The punching line of Technokom is arranged over an area of 3,000 square meters and is equipped with more than 50 stamping machines with capacities ranging from 35 to 500 tons. This system not only ensures high efficiency in production but also flexibly meets and maximizes customer demand.

In particular, to enhance production capacity and expand manufacturing capabilities, Technokom has added a 400 and 500-ton stamping machine, which strengthens the power and precision of the stamping process. This investment reflects our strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and outstanding service.

TURNING EQUIPMENT

CUTTING - HOLE ENLARGING - BENDING

At Technokom, the product shaping process is a crucial step that cannot be overlooked in the production process. The company’s turning workshop is equipped with a range of modern machines, organized logically according to the scale and requirements of each production line.

The equipment includes precision lathes, automatic tube bending machines, CNC bending machines, laser machines, automatic tube cutting machining equipment, and hole enlarging machines for processing tube components.

WELDING EQUIPMENT

STRUCTURAL MACHINING

Technokom stands out with its strengths in the welding field, as evidenced by the synchronized investment and modernization of equipment in the welding workshop.

With special emphasis from the company’s leadership, the welding workshop is fully equipped with advanced welding machines, including TIG, MIG, and SPOT welding types, ensuring the ability to perform diverse and high-quality welding techniques. Additionally, the company possesses 26 modern welding robots, enhancing production efficiency and meeting the ever-increasing demands of customers.

100% of the MIG welds are performed by robots, and the penetration of the welds is inspected according to the standard of 25%-30% of the material thickness.

POLISHING EQUIPMENT

SURFACE MACHINING - FINISHING

With 4 production lines, the polishing workshop performs surface polishing of products before chromium-nickel plating, producing mirror-finish products according to standards.

With modern machinery and highly skilled technicians, we take pride in delivering the best-quality polished products to our customers, fully meeting their demands.

SAMPLE MACHINING

 

The Technokom factory is equipped with TAILIFT A3015-T6 laser cutting machines with power ranging from 1 kW to 3 kW, meeting diverse customer needs for cutting sheet metal or pipe with high quality, fast speed, and smooth cutting edges.

The cutting machines can handle a variety of materials, including iron, black steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. They have low maintenance costs and stable operation, which helps improve product quality and reduce production costs.

DIE AND FIXTURE MACHINING

 

At Technokom Joint Stock Company, the die and fixture machining department operates with advanced technology and a team of highly skilled technicians. We take pride in our modern CNC machines, including wire cutting machines, milling machines, CNC machines, and other specialized equipment, along with top-notch design and machining software. All dies and fixtures are designed and produced entirely in-house, ensuring optimal quality and precision. With impressive production capacity, we commit to completing 30 sets of dies within 45 days, quickly and efficiently meeting customer demands.
